The 2.4 MHz Model 241PGT Particle Generator is a high-precision, microprocessor-controlled system designed for accurate and consistent particle production. Built with fully fluoropolymer-based wetted materials, it is chemically resistant and ideal for a wide range of scientific and industrial applications.
Users can easily adjust particle output from 0–100% in 5% increments using the front-panel LCD interface. The unit includes a built-in 0–2 CFM variable air flow to carry particles out of the vessel, making it suitable for specialized processes such as coating small components.
Quick-disconnect stainless steel clamps and fluoropolymer seals allow fast cleaning, reconfiguring, or integrating external gas or vacuum sources. An external optical sensor and valve automatically maintain the correct liquid level, preventing damage to the nebulizing element. With programmable operation and flexible container options, the 241PGT delivers reliable and customizable particle generation.
